Amazing place, so many options, all healthy and delicious. You could eat here everyday without getting bored. Many options for full menus, vegetable-based tacos & hamburgers and dishes you wouldn't imagine are vegetarian, like ceviches! You get several dishes, from raw, baked or grilled so you get many flavours out of them.
Also you get many original sauces to spice it up, which you can bring to your table so you get to try all. Service is quick and place is clean.
Place is not fancy though, so don't expect clothes tables, but for the place it is a great bargain. Gets quite busy but it's open space is large so you don't feel crammed. -

Want a quick, but so delicioso meal while in Guadalajara and on a plant-based restriction, then Alta Fibra is definitely a must visit.
To be honest, the restaurant was a bit (i.e, A Lot) empty when we arrived, which took us slightly aback, especially going off the pictures presented via previous reviews.
There was no layout of food behind the glass casing, and it almost seemed like the place was actually closed. Thankfully, there were a couple of small tables occupied, so we went ahead and ordered.
A really kind waitress came up to us, I guess because we must have looked lost and confused. She spoke very little English, and we spoke very little Spanish, but we were able to communicate enough to begin ordering. The best part, a lady that was dining nearby realized our language struggles, and very sweetly suggested options from the menu.
Once the food arrived, two small soy Al Pastor tacos was not enough because they were SO GOOD! Seriously, packed with so much flavor (lime, cilantro, picante sauce, etc.)
Definitely go for it if you're ever in the area.
